Intelligent Discovery Management

Ken Krebs

Ken Krebs is a Founding Partner of Intelligent Discovery Management. Based in New York City, Ken manages IDM accounts in the Eastern Region. During his 17year career in the legal services industry, Ken has consulted on over 1,000 discovery matters involving complex litigation and investigations. He specializes in managing document productions involving the identification, collection, processing, and production of large data and document populations.

Ken began his career working on discovery intensive cases at the law firm of Phillips, Nizer, Benjamin, Krim & Ballon. He later joined Legal Information Technology (LIT) and was instrumental in making LIT one of the earliest and most sophisticated litigation support companies in the industry. Over the past decade, Ken has helped develop IDM as a knowledgeable and reliable discovery management resource for law firms. Ken is regularly asked to consult on best practices for clients' legal discovery needs to achieve accurate, efficient, and cost effective results.

Cathy Frazier

Cathy Frazier co-founded Intelligent Discovery Management LLC with Ken Krebs in 2006. Based in Pasadena California, Cathy manages accounts in the Western Region and believes quality services, excellent project management, and responsive client service are keys to effective discovery management.

Cathy has been active in the field of litigation support since the inception of computerized litigation support in the 1980's. She worked in-house at Skadden Arps and Latham &Watkins where she managed their in-house coding departments. She managed the west coast coding facility for Law Dox in the 1980's. Cathy built the litigation support division of International Data Management in 1992 and when that company was acquired by Fidelity National Financial in 2001 she was named Vice-President of Litigation Support Services.

Cathy has managed hundreds of discovery projects of all sizes and complexity throughout her career, particularly in the areas of environmental actions, patent infringement and corporate litigation. She also established IDM's coding facility in Manila, the Philippines.
