Scoping - IDM provides expert consulting to understand the needs and goals or scope of your eDiscovery matter.
Preliminary Planning – IDM conducts an initial analysis of your data and highlight the key points of interest for your case team.
Team Selection - IDM identifies the appropriate staff and partners needed to execute the eDiscovery plan.
Detailed eDiscovery Matter Planning - Developed in consultation with your IDM Expert, specific solutions are defined for your eDiscovery matter, assuring they adhere to production schedules and accommodate budgetary limitations. eDiscovery Plans include specifications, communications, workflow, and scheduling.
Startup - IDM provides guidance for culling and organizing the Discovery collection to assure that review time is spent most efficiently. Numerous processing settings are reviewed with the case team and documented.
Execution – The execution phase takes place only after all the specifications have been reviewed and approved. Data can be prepared for review in virtually any review tool. IDM provides interactive guidance during processing and review to insure efficiency, and when appropriate makes recommendations that increase speed, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
Closeout - During matter closeout, IDM archives, returns, or destroys processed data as requested.
